MOLD DESIGN

Once the part design is available, our design engineers will start working on DFM and Mold Flow Analysis before preliminary mold 2D design. Every potential defects during molding will be detected out and improved during this process. This is to ensure the tooling is designed in the most proper way and meets customer's requirements. 

We have a wide range of tooling and engineering technology available that allows us to carry out a full mold design review, and provide the optimum mold design for standard, bespoke or even reverse-engineered products.

The CAD software we normally use for mold design is UG, and the formats of 3D part files we can read are STEP, X_T, IGES and SLDPRT.
